Meet Monika Bisht – International Certified Yoga Instructor

Empowering lives through Yoga, Mindfulness, and Positive Habits.

Monika Bisht is the Founder of AVYAM Fitness & Wellness and a passionate fitness professional dedicated to promoting a healthy, active, and disciplined lifestyle. AVYAM was started with the vision of encouraging people not only towards yoga, but also fitness, sports culture, wellness, and overall personal growth.

She is an internationally certified Yoga Instructor, certified by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, and holds a Master’s degree in Yoga & Science of Living. With years of experience in yoga, fitness training, and sports coaching, she has trained students in advanced yoga practices, flexibility training, meditation, and athletic fitness.

Monika has successfully prepared students for CBSE Nationals, Zonals, Interzonals, and SGFI competitions, where many students have won medals and achieved recognition at different levels.

Through AVYAM Fitness & Wellness, her mission is to build a strong fitness and sports community by providing online and offline classes, personalized training, wellness programs, retreats, summer camps, and sports events for people of all age groups.

Meet Ankit Sharma -
International Athlete

Ankit Sharma is a passionate Rope Skipping athlete, fitness enthusiast, and the Managing Director of AVYAM. He achieved 7th rank at the Jump Rope World Championship 2025 and is also a South Asian Gold Medalist.

With experience of competing in 12 National Championships, he has dedicated his journey to promoting sports, discipline, and fitness among young athletes. Along with his achievements in sports, he proudly serves as a Fit India Ambassador, inspiring students and fitness lovers to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

Through AVYAM, his vision is to create a platform that motivates people towards fitness, confidence, and personal growth while developing future champions in sports and wellness.
